FACEBOOK, DILAGA LA SINDROME: TROPPI AMICI TI FANNO SENTIRE SOLO
Did you know that is born a new syndrome that afflicts users of Facebook? Well yes, it’s called “ Fomo” and it’s mean “Fear of missin out”, namely the fear of being cut off.
It occurs when your friends send evidence in real-time on facebook of event, like a drink group, maybe in your area … and you are not there!!
The expert who has discovered the existence of this syndrome is Dan Ariely, a professor of psychology at Duke University.
The world is now flooded with specialistic sites such as Facebook, Twitter, Flickr, Hunch, Instagram, that inform us about what our friends are doing minute by minute, but instead of make us more “social” can enhance a sense of loneliness or even of missed opportunities.
And there it was the worm that creeps into our minds when we begin to see the pages of our friends on Facebook. “Am I making the right decisions about how to spend my free time?”. Well there is a cure for this syndrome. Which? Easy, give up occasionally our smart-phone to regain control over ourselves!

Io penso di essere stato il primo ad accusare questa sindrome saranno state più di 5 volte che mi sentivo giù d’umore, stati di depressione e conseguente perdita di qualsiasi voglia,quasi un anno fa incominciò, per fortuna,ultimamente sto incominciando a non contare più fb , ormai è risaputo, non serve a un bel nnt, ti fa perdere solo tempo..la vita 1 volta si vive! E io nn voglio fammela sfuggire!
