BELSTAFF BRINGS HOLLYWOOD CINEMA TO ROME

What I am going to speak about today (and with great enthusiasm and pride!) is a very important event for the big screen: “Belstaff “brings the great Hollywood cinema to the capital heralding a new, very important collaboration with the “International Film Festival of Rome” and presenting, in world exclusive with Disney, “Tron Legacy.”

But let’s see what the film “Tron Legacy” is about.

It ‘s 23 minutes in 3D sequel to the cult science fiction film “Tron” whose distribution in Italy is scheduled for 12 January 2011. “Tron Legacy”, produced by Disney and realized in Digital 3D, is a masterpiece of digital animation adventure.

I remind you that 1982 was the year when “Tron” has seen the light of the projector for the first time carving out a place in film history as the first “Sci-Fi” on virtual reality and the first Disney film to make wide use of computer-graphics.

To review it today might make one smile, but I assure you that for his time “Tron” was absolutely cutting-edge and still today it is considered a cult of genre fiction..

I’m not surprised, then, that after almost three decades there is great expectation for what already promises to be a perfect sequel .

Something that struck me is that costumes, who play a great part in the film, are made by my brother Michael and me; they are designed to enhance the special effects, creating unprecedented visual aspects, thanks to a very high digital technology..

And “Belstaff” wanted to create a line dedicated to the world of “Tron”using the exclusive fabric “energear”, realized exclusively by Schoeller Textxil Switzerland.

The fabric “energear” ensures that the energy radiated from the body is completely reused: it consists of a mineral matrix that reflects the infrared rays of the human body by returning it to the user, helping the circulation and increasing the levels of oxygen in the blood.

And so “Belstaff” has created a new post: Save Your Energy!

In short, I think “Tron Legacy” is a film not to be missed, which surely will fascinate adults and children… and I assure you that I will be in the front row to enjoy this fabulous show!
